Skills at work
During my internship at Heaven Gaia I was given the opportunity to travel out of the city, I went with my work group to Wuhan, China to work on a commercial show. On this project, I demonstrated my time management skills, communication and coordination skills, staff organization skills, and organizing and distribution skills.

Time management
I will complete the task according to the detailed time schedule outlined in advance, confirming the division of work between myself and my group members at each point in time to ensure that each part of the process runs smoothly.

Communication and coordination
The day of the show there were a lot of guests and I helped the staff at the venue to organize and evacuate people. When we encountered a shortage of models for make-up, my team promptly invited another make-up artist to work with us through our contacts and solved the problem of time constraints successfully.

Organization
After makeup I lead the models to the fitting room to try on clothes and help them change into the outfits they will need to use for the show. And at the arrangement of the organizer, I led the models to the place provided by the organizer for a promotional photo shoot.

Organizing and Distribution
Assigning the appropriate show clothes for each model is a difficult task. There were also child models in our group, and the mother of one of the child models was not satisfied with our outfits, so I communicated with another parent in the room and switched the outfits of the two young models, and both parents were satisfied.
